Shot this one yesterday, but want include in the collection. Though this was shot downtown, there were hardly any people standing around to notice this weird guy photographing himself in front of this large ad.

Taken outside the State Revenue office where I had to go pay a parking ticket. Ugh!

It was totally great to stumble upon this street art this morning. I went down town to pay a parking ticket (total bumper--I was like 3 minutes late getting back to my car when I got the ticket a couple of weeks of ago), and I decided again to take a different route of out downtown. Driving around a couple of blocks, I came upon Sandra Dee's night club. Seriously awesome street mural. Wish I had a trumpet in hand to fit right in.

A day behind in my Project 365. I barely had time take a photo today. This one was shot about when the sun was going down.

Book shots=no time or imagination for SPs today. But I am enjoying reading about these great jazz giants.

The one problem I have with this photo is I have no idea what the heck it means. But I've just been wanting a SP with water on my face, and one which I could get as much contrast and sharpness I could in Photoshop as I could without ruining the image. So I guess I can call this photo an exercise in high contrast imaging.

30 of 100 Street Portraits

Right after photographing these two young ladies I ran into the father of these two young guys, Dario and LaShawn. I was looking to photograph their father, but he wanted me to photograph his sons instead. The lighting was simply great for photographing these two young boys. I only did a small of exposure enhancements in Aperture. They both remind me of my own son.

I had given up shooting any street portraits today, August 16, until I stumble upon Terri and Jennifer (sorry if I didn't get the names right. I didn't have a chance to write them down after the shoot. Poor case of short term memory. Sorry girls.) They were sitting outside of K Street mall and at first I walked passed them, but then turned around and ask them for a street portrait. Both of them knew about Flickr, so I handed them my card and then preceded to snap off a few photos. Thanks a lot, ladies.

63/365: Waiting for the bus

Captured this one again on the way home from a video shoot. My plan was do something with today's FGR, but I didn't want to miss the opportunity the sidewalk was free of people.

62/365: FGR - Smile, It's Friday

I've been checking out FGR for a while now, and now it's a great to start contributing. Totally like today's theme, especially since I don't always smile in SPs. It's simple, straight for portrait, but it's who I am. It's also great to see the awesome contributions that coming in for today's topic.

My daughter has her first real modeling interview and session coming up. Spent this evening taking shots of her for the interview. It will be great to get some real studio shots done, but for the office will have to do.

Played with a Photoshop tutorial I found on the internet. Not totally happy with it, but it's always great to try something new in Photoshop.

This is the more formal production I was going to do yesterday. I did use a little Photoshop illusion, however, on this one to pull it off--as well as the one yesterday one . This is the last of my me and my camera photos I'll take for a while. I just like how I look inside the little G9.

I need to make a more concerted effort on my Project 365 photos. Some days just get too busy to get and shoot like I would like.

Anyway, these are few of my favorite apps. for my iPod touch.
